Painting and exhaustion ....

So got up yesterday morning at 9am (so a little sleep in) and started the undercoat for the room. After 4 hours, sore shoulders, blisters, aching legs and back and vertigo from the 3rd step of the ladder from the ground (lol but I kid you not) the undercoat was done.

Oh and there is a close up of my new floor :-)

Then up at 9am Sunday morning to finish the job. Now I can barely move but at least it finished!! Just need the lights and powerpoint to be done hopefully before the warddrobe goes in this Wednesday!!!!! Hopefully the final touch is Charlie finishes the architraves and skirting boards and it will be all finished!!!!!!!!!!

The colour is a bit hard to see in the light (or lack thereof) but it's the same lovely beige as my new bedroom :-)
